air intake question

Any opinions on the Airaid MIT setup vs the full Airaid intake.

Running the complete Airaid intake system. I've seen the "dreaded" check engine light - reset it and pressed on. Was parked next to another F150 today running the K&N system, it looked puny next to the Airaid intake. I love the "howl" under full acceleration. My two cents!!

How is the airaid system as far as expressway drone? I've heard of some people not enjoying the sound while at speed. Can anyone speak to this?

I normally have the stereo up anyhow...but just incase...

The sound at speed is minimal unless you give it just enough gas for it to lug in overdrive. Then the drone is quite loud but the sound under heavy accel. has a nice growl.
