You limited to tire sized due to the narrow 7.5" factory rim. Search around and you'll find many folks jamming huge tires onto the stockers.. but I can't imagine they will wear evenly. Stick to a 33" tire than can fit 8" rim. Nitto makes some nice ones or the safe bet BFG All Terrains.

sizing

What is a 33-12.50 equal to. I've had some people tell me different things like 305 70 17 or 315 75 17. What is the middle number, I heard somewhere it is like the percent of the sidewall or something. All i'm looking to do is fill it out with the leveling kit. I've looked all over and the only 33 12.50 i've found have been pro comp. So i figured I may have more options going like a 305 70 17 or something like that.

33x12.5x17 is a 295/70/17 tire. 33x11.5x17 is a 285/70/17

good point to play with #'s. Also, check the manufactures website for the specs. They will give you the TRUE diameter of the wheel when it's inflated to their specific pressure. One thing I've noticed is that the tires usually sit a little lower than stated once they are on the vehicle.
