Does AutoTap OBDii tool work with 2004s
I just got the AutoTap OBDII diagnostic tool and cannot get it to work with my truck.
I see the different catagories (engine, transmission, fuel, etc...) but it never list the specific items to display (engine speed, current gear, etc...)
Has anyone used one of these with your 2004 F150?

I don't think it's compatible with the 2004's yet. I sent them an email back in May asking if the Autotap tool would work on our trucks, and this is the reply I received (dated May 25, 2004):

Hello John,
Our Autotap has the hardware for CAN protocol although we do not have the software to back it up yet nor do we have a time frame of when we will offer it. I would recommend keeping an eye on our web site for new releases.
