ice cube tray

the cowl by the wiper on drivers side holds water i call it a ice cube tray has anyone or it safe to drill tiny drain holes.
i did a search i did not find any info on this

You might not have any problems but I wouldnt do it myself because your wiper motor is under there and that keeps the elements off of it. Speed Scenes does have a paint to match smooth cowl for the new F150 and it has no place for water to stay, you might look into that if youre interested.

I drilled a very small in the "trays" in the bottom corner on the side towards the fender. You will not notice the holes and it gets the job done. Just drill carefully as to not run the drill bit too far through. It works fine.

another stupid *** remark from bullitt4711 the problem
is the tray holds water no car wash or rain there

I thought the problem was the water freezing...not that I have to worry about it either. We're looking at a chilly 75 degrees today

In Bullitt4711's defense, you wouldn't have "ice trays" in socal! So no need to be so touchy.
