Went to Motor Trends auto show in Tampa today. Saw all the new cars and trucks. I saw and sat in every truck from Ford, Chevy, GMC, Nissan, Hummer, Toyota and even Jeep. I was totally unimpressed with everything I sat in besides Ford. I thought Ford had the nicest displays.

The 05 F-250 looked GOOD. So did the new King Ranch. I was totally impressed, even with the mustang GT's. I turned into a Ford salesman at the F-150 displays. Couldnt help but brag. I have always loved Chevy trucks, but went with the F-150 when I saw the new body style. I have been pro Ford ever since. The other trucks out there just do not compare in my opinion.

I really was pissing people off when I was getting in and out of the Chevy's and Nissans saying, "Wow, this is really a piece of Shi$."

Anyway, Thank you Ford, for pimping my ride!

 

i totally know what you mean man. i was a chevy guy my whole life. every since i came home from the hospital in a brand new 1972 custom deluxe. but lately, gm has really left me wondering. what the hell are they doing over there? when the 1999 "new" model was supposed to be released, i was so excited. when it finally did, i was so disappointed. all they did was take the existing truck (which i liked better by the way) and round off the corners.

i even looked into a hummer the other day and couldn't believe the same sh%t interior was inside a $65 000 vehicle. i have really lost my faith in the gm name. don't even get me started on the passenger cars...................

 

I went to the California International Auto Show today and saw the Lincoln Mark LT. You guys with Lariat tan interiors have NOTHING to complain about when you see the color of this thing. It's pretty much pastel yellow. My GF and I kinda gave eachother a WTF? look. They had a King Ranch SCrew there too. It was nice. I got to sit in a Lariat SCab 4X4 with the black interior. It was pretty cool. The seats were a bit comfier than I though they would be.

 

I get to do that every day.
