When its really hot outside, and a heat gun. Just peel those suckers off.

You don't need a hot day.... Justlift a small corner up and slowly peel away. It will not affect the paint.

I removed the stickers the day I got it. Whatever sticky film that remains, just use rubbing alcohol. It won't affect the clearcoat whatsoever.

Good Luck.

I plan to do mine as sooooon as it stops freakin raining here!

On all past vehicles, I have just let them sit in the sun for a bit, when its really hot out. Then they come right off! Just peal!

Hair dryer would work too, just dont melt the paint!

Use Goo Gone. It's safe on your paint and you don't have to use any kind of heat with it to get the sticker off. The sticker will come right off safely after using Goo Gone.

When the sticker is new, you can get it off no prob, but if it has been on for awhile, it may take a bit more hit to remove. At least that was my experience with the stickers on my 03 Screw.

Question

I just got an 05 FX4 SupCab and my buddy said I should take my sticker off. I know it's personal preference, but do you all think it looks better naked? I like to let people know I have an FX4, I'm proud of it. your thoughts?

Yep. A hair dryer will work if you don't have a heat gun.

I took my 4x4 decals off the day ofter I got it ...... and slapped em on my friends Hemi!

No damage whatsoever to either truck, btw.

I took my 4x4 sticker off as soon as I got it home. No problem removing it at all. I prefer the clean look of the truck without it. Everyone will know it is 4x4 when I put the rancho lift on.

There is nothing special about an FX4, not sure why it would make you feel so good having that sticker on your truck. Just gives you some different shocks (but a lot less options).

Its still an FX4 with or without the sticker. And the truck looks MUCH cleaner without it! And no one else but you cares which trim it is and if they do, they will be able to tell anyways because they would be true truck enthuasiast. Take it off!
