Unhappy vibration moved from the rear to the front

Well I took my truck in a couple of weeks ago for the dreaded rear end vibe. They drove the truck and said they didn't feel anything out of the ordinary and Suggested that I rotate my tires. Well wouldn't you know rotated the tires and now the vibe is in the steering wheel and pretty bad around 75mph. So I think a lot of this vibe issue is with the tires. I friend of mine has a lariat screw 2 wheel drive and his is doing the same thing. rotated tires and vibe moved to the front. Has anyone else had this or similar problem . I have an appointment Tues. at 8 am . I will let you all know what they come back.
