Any Ideas?

The dealer has went through the TSB and replaced the rear end and it did not fix the vibe at 55mph. I made an offer to them to buy the truck back, replace it with a new one, and pay for all my accessories. They are considering this, when asked what it would take for me to keep it, I told them the only way was for the truck to be fixed and a 100,000 mile warranty. The dealer said this is an option which will be discussed tomorrow or Friday with the local rep and the Ford engineer. Does anyone have any ideas on teh cause and should I go ahead and file the lemon law papers?

Screw the warranty thing. So many things are limited on those BS warranties that it won't really matter. They won't give you bumper to bumper. Plus it only costs about a grand or so.

If they are willing to buy it back, I'd consider that. You're going to have nothing but bad feelings about this truck if you keep it now. Plus they're going to rip it apart more and possibly still not fix it.
