Add Cruise Control to Superchips?

I'm adding a factory cruise control to my 2004 STX.
As it works through the PCM, which has to be reprogrammed to tell it to use the new cruise control, will that cause me to be unable to reload the Superchips program when I get it back from the dealer? Of course I will return it to stock before letting them touch it, but as they will change my stock configuration I am concerned the Superchips 1714 will think it's a new truck.
Thanks for your imput;
Chris

If you send it to the dealer with the STOCK program, when you get it back you should have no problems loading the superchip program back into the truck.

Make sure you make your Ford dealer give you the new code on an “Authorized Modification” sticker. If there would be a problem, you would have the new code needed to update your Superchips programmer.
