Vibration and DSB process...
I have the dreaded wheel vibration from around 55Mph to about 70Mph I have 2066 miles on the truck.
I am wondering about the steps for the DSB who I talk to or send info to and what steps should I take if that process needs to be followed.
Things that have been done to the truck so far...
1. Wheels balanced and aligned. Outcome = no change in vibration.
I understand there is a TSB(Technical Service Bulletin) out from Ford on this issue and wondering if my service department has access to it.
Here is my problem I dont want to have to go through endless days without my truck as my service department tries to figure out what needs to be done. While they give me some beat up replacement car.
I have read numerous threads on the vibration issue and have come to the conclusion that there is no real fix to the problem for many people. I love my truck but I dont think I should have to pay $35k+ for a defective product. I would like the truck replaced if they cannot fix the problem or my money back for a different product.
If any of you have insight into the TSB/DSB process and how I should go about getting my truck either FIXED or bought back any information would be much appreciated.
Thankyou in advance!

You have done this:
Super Swamper "Irok" 36X13.50-R20 Tires
Akuza "Blade" Rims 20X8.5
6"PROCOMP Lift
ProComp Explorer Shocks
3:73 LS
Luverne Chrome Nerf Bars
AIRAID Intake System
Poweraid TBS
Flowmaster Dual Exhaust
TopDeck Body Tonneau Cover
1714 Super Tuned! Thanks Troyer Perfomance! You took my lag away!
Now you are getting a vibration??? Maybe it's something that you did???
A driveline vibration is generally there from the get go...

DSB Process
Sorry... I forgot to add...
Not 100% sure about your state, but generally, you have to take your truck in 4+ times for the same issue or have it at the dealer for more than 30 days...
The DSB will not do buyback or anything unless you put in the time...

I noticed the vibration from the day after I bought the truck but I figured it was because of the lift or tires. HOWEVER the vibration has become more pronounced as time has passed to the point I hate driving between 55 to 75 MPH.
I am not looking to get rid of my ride. I love my truck but I want it fixed and fixed right. If they cant fix it then I want a truck that doesnt have the steering wheel vibration. I dont think I am asking for all that much considering what I payed for my truck and what FORD promotes for thier truck line.
me too
i've got the same problem with only 800 miles on it, i'm taking it in monday and they are trading out wheels and tires from another new truck to see if it fixes it but i doubt that will work, yes ford does have a tsb on it and my dealership said they have 4 other owners in the same boat, i'll post how the wheel swap turns out, nothing else has worked. they said if this doesn't work i will have to wait until ford engineering solves it, who knows how long that will take. it sucks to spend that much money and not have a smooth ride on the highway which is where i drive the most, let me know if you have heard of any fixes.............
