The dealer had it fixed in a few hours. The module had to be reset. This is done by holding the sunroof switch in the open position for 30 seconds, then pushing to the close position. I would have never known this. There is no information in the manual about it.
When I took the truck in, I called the service manager out to look at my truck. I asked him if he could show me a single scratch, dent, or flaw in the truck. He laughed and said no. He called me shortly after to tell me the truck was done. I remarked how fast the service was. He said he wanted this truck out of his shop as fast as possible....lol
I also asked him about the vibration problem I read about (I dont have that problem). He said about 8 in every 10 have it and Ford has no fix for it yet.
