Locking Valve Stem Caps

How do these valve stem caps lock onto the stem? What keeps them from getting stolen?

I have no idea unless you have a little tool to cap over them and tighten the crap out of them.

Or maybe they are like a gas cap. Like when you tighten a gas cap on a vehicle how they click and will not get tighter...Maybe these work in a reverse pattern from a gas cap, and you would have to have a special tool to insert from the bottom and turn it....Im just thinking I dont know.

Do you think it's worth getting the locking ones for $25? Or should I just go with the non-locking ones for $10?
