Sun Roof Stuck Open

Does anybody know if there is a manual crank to close my power sunroof. 04 Screw with 2000 miles. Rain is on the way and I wont be able to get the truck into the dealer until Monday. I checked the switch and it seems fine. It will open all the way, and close half way. I cant see anything stuck in the tracks either. I am kinda ticked off about this situation here. I have done a good bit of aftermarket stuff so far. This is my 1st problem with the truck. I hope I can get the thing closed! HELP.....

Have you tried lightly pulling it as you hold the close button down? This would work on my old Toyota Avalon when the sunroof got stuck.

Lol.....yes.I tried light, hard, wiggle up and down. Had my 13 year old son working the switch while I pulled it and cussed up a storm. Any way, check out my gallery and let me know what you think of the truck so far. I am new to this site and still getting my pics together. Thanks for the suggestion!

Thanks for the link. I just plastic bagged my half open sunroof. I will just park it in my shop till Monday. Funny thing is I hardly ever use my truck bed. Of course tomorrow I need to use it to pick up some furniture I bought. Now the dealer gets to pull my tan headliner and get it all printed up.

If he does, don't accept it. You bought a new truck. When I have warranty work done. I even make sure they put the right factory screws back and that there not all bunged up. The dealers really hate me.

Nice color choice I see why your worried I have the same color combo also.

Good luck with the roof.

Sucks about your roof...I'm sure they can fix it easily. Your truck looks great though! I love the stripes and the grill. Your the first Ive seen with the boss stripes. Welcome to F150 online.
