Sticky Thread???(Steering Wheel Vibe)
Sticky Thread???(Steering Wheel Vibe)
I wonder what conditions are needed for a discussion or a thread to be a sticky one!!!!(Yes Moderators this one is for you????So far this forum is the best and most useful i have ever seen but i do not understand the attitude of you guys).I am a member of this forum for a about year. There seems to be a very concerning problem about this vibration issue and each passing day another member comes here and mentions his or her same spesific problem on this same vibe issue. Some members says it is tolerable(i am one of them) so they want to mess, some can not tolerate it and trying to find a way to fix it but (but no one has a slightest idea how to) and some chooses the LEMON way.I believe this forum is the best place to make FORD hear our voice instead of leaving its members to deal by their own.I do not care about the new super duty launch promotion!!!!I am a f-150 owner. I am here to share my joy as also my problems with other fellow f-150 owners which i very enjoy to do.But seeing MODERATORS careless about this issue does really pisses me off.
I just hate dealers who keep your truck for Three days, tell you the felt the vibe and need time to fix it. YOu get the run around for 3 days get your truck back, its out of alignment worse than when you took it in and the vibe has shifted from 55mph to 58mph and all they did was rotate the tires. I felt that when the vibe started shaking my watch on my wrist that it was time to go in. A metal band watch making a click-click at 58mph is a signal the dealer needs to look at a truck born in June, bought in July with 13 miles on it, and now has 5000 miles and what I hope is a tire problem. It lends creadence that it is the tires considering the rotation with no balancing done shifted the vibe 3mph.
Sorry to vent.

Now, before you stand up and call out the moderators here, get a clue about what you're talking about because I personally think that the four of us do a pretty damn good job holding this site together. We do this totally free of charge and are compensated in no manner for the copious hours that we expend on this site. Morons don't make it any easier.

RP looks like i owe you a months bill for your webhost!
And also since im looking on here at this thread, RP takes time out of his own life to sit here for endless hours checking out the site making sure things dont jump out of control, he gains nothing by sitting here instead he gets to watch morons like you talk trash on him... myself and a great deal of others on this forum appriceate EVERYTHING RP is doing..... if you feel this way then i think you need to remove yourself from this message board and go somewhere else, Do you think FORD motor is going to sit and watch a message board and be like oh, look the vibe has been turned into a sticky!!! LETS FIX IT RIGHT AWAY!!!.... Ford motor is ALREADY working on the vibe issue, they arent going to just let it slide but i think their clueless on whats going on, making it a "Sticky" isnt going to do anything because they arent just sitting around on the internet watching us like Big Brother.... so i think you should appriceate this FREE website and all the info that you gather from it, Dont give the Moderators a hard time because their on the site daily and Longer than anyone here when they shouldnt have to be.... but there are some people who just cant behave themselves

You guys do not get what i posted or whattt???
This was not about my SPECIFIC PROBLEM(My vibe problem could only be a fly on an elephant's shoulder if compared to other member's) it was a common concerning issue that has been shared by numerous members here and that number grows more and more each day(just like Jansen)
The thing i was trying to point out was and still is that such a major concern could be more helpfull for our friend members if a sticky thread would have been started so that members could more benefit from their each seperate experiences and might also gather more attraction than being by theirself .Would FORD WATCH our messages and damn care???? I do not knoww who the hell knows??.But they better be....Would not that be a better sticky than a super-duty promo in 2004-2005 F-150 FORUM??NOW AM I CLEAR?DO YOU GET WHAT I MEAN?OR SHOULD I TRANSLATE IT TO MY OWN MOTHERLANGUAGE IF YOU GUYS KNOWS TURKISH!! damnnnnn
Another thing is assuming that you do not get what you read here i repost my ideas about this site from my latest thread:
'So far this forum is the best and most useful i have ever seen ''
Rock Pick i do not care if this site is free or not but belive me i would be the first one to sign in if it was a monthly billed one for sure such a good site this is.No one but no one here denied the things you guys are doing here.Great job but If you can not handle a single criticism and take it it offensively and personally there is nothing i can do.(super cab are you a moderator by the wayy???? mind your own business.)
About your BEYOND THE LINE INSULTING WORD that is way down my level so i won not say a word each soul will judge itself for ALL when that ALL comes to an end.NUFF SAID:

i'll be the first to say this.... But there you go acting like a BITCH, im sure thats what most are thinking.... but guess what pal, your post was basically bashing the moderators and throwing a fit like a pansy *** because you wanted this to become a sticky about the vibe issue, Indeed it is a big issue and i agree it SHOULD be a sticky, along with other major common problems, but you dont go off acting like a kid with a retarded handi cap to try to get your way, in your own words "But seeing MODERATORS careless about this issue does really pisses me off." you basically mentioned the moterators the whole time, and uh DUR no of course im not a moderator, but i am a loyal f150online.com member, i feel i have no right to complain what the moderators choose to do with this website or Forum, its THEIR PLACE TO DECIDE WHAT HAPPENS TO IT, they could make a post about dog sh*t into a sticky i wouldnt care, you shouldnt care either are you paying for this crap? are you watching every single post on here? NO YA ARENT ARE YOU SMART ***, but the moderators are..... so ill make it my buisness to step in when i see an ******* member bashing down the moderators saying they dont care about something like everything is their fault, Quit being a bitch, i basically just said what im sure alot of people are thinking in their head, Dont make yourself look like more of an ******* than you already are
The buck stops here and the bottom line is this, there isn't going to be a 'sticky' to promote your specific problem. Yes, there are others who have experienced the issue and thus, it is up to you to search, dredge, email, and do whatever else is necessary for YOU to solve YOUR problem.
I didn't take it as criticism; far from it. I took it as a personal attack. When you call out the moderators and say that you're pissed off about the job (or lack there of in your opinion) that we're doing, I consider it personal; especially when we put in the time that we do for ungrateful folks that don't understand the logistics of how this site is run. Further, the fact that the site is free further enables us to disable individual accounts for belligerence. The Super Duty thread that is posted at the top, as you may notice if you surf outside of a single forum, is at the top of EACH AND EVERY forum on f150online.com. This type of thing aids in keeping this site free to the masses and is generally referred to as advertising. It's not a sticky. It's an announcement and, in the world of vBulletin Message Board Communities, it's a VERY common thing.
When you open your own site, you can then, and only then, step up and do things as you wish that they be done. I've considered your thought on making a 'sticky' for your problem but, if I did, we'd have stickies for everything from orange peeled paint to tailgate handle failure to vibrations to door cracks to MAF sensors; do you get my point?!?! While Ford Trucks don't have many consistent problems, there are several and thus, we'd have a load of 'sticky' posts at the top of EVERY forum that we feature here.
It is not going to happen. Period.
Now, with that being said, I'm sorry you have a problem with vibration and I'm sorry that I disagree with your empirical notion to strike up a sticky thread but, doing it in the manner that you've done isn't the proper way to go about it. Suggestion is a virtue and, when you learn that, I'll begin to consider your opinions as important. Until then, stop waisting my time here.
