Cool Answers To A Burning Question About An 04 Interior Feature

Well, I think I have the answers to one of your burning questions about an often overlooked feature of any vehicle. Thats right... how much change can I get in the factory supplied change dispenser?

After extensive testing, I have determined that these are the following limits of this feature.

$ 3.00 in Quarters
$ 1.60 in Dimes
$ .60 in Nickles
$ .10 in Pennies

I hope that this was of some help to those of you who are change challenged.

I will start conducting testing on the Business Card Holder next, but I don't expect the same level of accuracy because different companies use different thicknesses of paper.

Of course, I will report my findings to the group immediately upon the conclusion of my testing.

I don't smoke, so I just throwed all my change in the ashtray and called it a day.

A fine bit of research there...

When you do the business cards, please make sure you have paper weight as part of the variable, raised lettering etc.

I can only wait for your next great research project...check with Ford maye they'll give you a grant and a spot in the R & D dept.

Better question, what is the thing in the dash of a 2004, just to the left of the radio? exact opposite of the 12v power plug.

That "change holder" is worthless! Should have given us a fancy button or something. Glad I have a 4x4 in my other truck.

For those with the captains chairs, on the lid in the center counsol, what is supposed to go in there. I get the two pens, guessing the other is for a manual or something.
