Question Does anyone have these installed?

Really looking at these wheels (linked below), and I am DYING to see them on one of the new '04 F150's. If anyone has these, or knows of a site where someone has them installed, PLEASE let me know! Thanks in advance!

I like those rims alot! They make them in bigger sizes as well.

Helo also came out with a black spoke version of that rim. I might go with it in a 20" with a 37inch tire.

Hey all, just wanted to say thanks for the postings! Those wheels are SMOKIN!!! I think I am going to have to grab them up. I am going to get the 17's, and wrap them in the H2 315/70/R17 rubber... getting all 4 tires, for only $150... to easy. Well, just wanted to say thanks.

I was looking into those rims, but when I called Helo, the guy said the 17's would hit the brake caliper on the 04's, but the 18's were fine. I ended up with Centerline Crossfires, a similar rim, 17x8.5, the clearance around the caliper is about 1/8", tight but works fine.

Night Stalker -

Did you ever go with the 17" Helo Maxx 6 rims? I am checking them now and the guy on the other end of the phone confirmed the last post in this thread - that there is an issue with the wheels rubbing the Caliper. He said that a 1/4" spacer should do the trick but I am not sure how I feel about that.

Just curious if you ever put them on or if anyone else has any info on them. We are locked into 17" wheels since we already have the 295/70/17 Nitto Grappler tires.

Cheers,

dave

Where did you get those tires that cheap? I am also looking at these wheels, only in black.

Go for at LEAST a 22" for an 04. As many have stated in teh past, even a 22/24 gets dwarfed by the truck. As an owner with 22 inchers, I can totally agree with it. When the suspeionsion is installed it should help, but they still look rather small even though they are huge wheels.
