Just purchased my new 2004 STX flareside F-150.

Upon getting it home, we realized that the passenger side front door lock will not open will the key. You can turn the key fully both directions, but the doorlock **** will not go up therby unlocking the door. If you rotate the key left and right quickly, the door lock barely pops up enough, but you can then open the door.

I have manual windows, mirrors and doorlocks.

I am taking it back to the dealership to resolve the issue this week.

Has anyone experienced this problem their 2004 f-150 manual door locks??

Havent had this problem but dont sweat it, the dealer should be able to fix you right up. It sounds like the linkage popped off, should be a simple fix.
