I have a click like baseball card in bike spokes. After reading a few posts on this forum what I thought might have been an alternator problem could be a lifter. Anyway to tell? Very low volume, not loud, does vary with engine speed.

Could be the fuel rails you’re hearing; they are quit noisy on the new 04’s.

 

Maybe a loud injector take it in . Lets get it quite in here LOL Lifters will be very loud like a hammer on a metal table being tapped lightly.
