bedliner with bed extender

Hi Guys! Need some help. Just installed the factory Ford Bedliner in my 04 Screw. I noticed that right before the 2 rear corners, hte liner has 2 "bulges" that stick out from the bed rail. I guess what I am trying to say that it has about 1/8 inch gap between the bed rail and liner. It looks like a design flaw to me. The rest of the liner appears fine. ANy one notice this?
Also, I am having problmes with the bed extender locking into the hole on the one side of the truck. It appears that the one pin is now too far away from the hole on the one side. I cut the holes out thru the bedliner for access for the pins. This is wierd. Any suggestions.
And finally, the one rubber cover that slides over the lock pin on the bed extender is missing. It fell down inside of the hole in the box. Is this needed or can it bed ordered as a part. Thanks. Sorry for rambling.
