i have read a few of you guys talking about it, what does it do and how much is it?

 

I haven't heard anybody use PCM Flash Card but the PCM Flash that mostly everybody is referring to is the software that the computer uses. What they mean by FLASH is to install the latest software. Or Flash as in to remove the old and replace with the new. This can be done under warranty at your dealership.

PCM flash for upgraded software(dealer) or a tuner(aftermarket) changes the software. In the case of the tuner, it will improve performance.
