The gears in a slip yoke are cut with in a .005 of a inch maybe a little bigger tolerence but not much. . This will not create the shudder we feel. The shudder is in the engagment of a drive. Mine has relaxed some what but still there . New rearend and lock system may need time or more engineering to get it stopped totaly.

Been out of town. Road is not wet when it does it. The problem I see is I know it will never do it for the service people to see what I'm talking about. They would have to drive it everyday for more than a week for it to do it. What a pain.
