Have any of you guys gotten your tuners back from Superchips yet?

I sure haven't - every time I call they say oh ok middle of the week. But it has been 2.5 weeks since they receivied it!

Any one else have any input here?

They will have had mine 3 weeks on this coming Tuesday. I've called more times than I care to admit and I've gotten 'It takes a few days' numerous times, 'They'll be releasing them on Tuesday' two weeks in a row, 'Friday at the latest' last Tuesday, and 'the early part of next week' last Friday. I'd be surprized to see it this week or this month for that matter. They did offer to refund my money but I figured I waited this long already, what's a 'few more days'. LOL

 

I was told all of the above and will be at 3 weeks for me on Tuesday as well. I spoke to a supervisor, Steve, last wed. and he "assured" me I would have had it the following Friday.
Thought this meant something coming from a "supervisor"....
but no, just lie #6.

Keep up the good customer service Superchips!

 

newbe here , thinkin bout gettin a tuner , not sure i get it about sending it back , can someone explain ?
