Thank you for teaching me about this PCM flashing process.
Now can anyone help with what dates the new 'flashes' were developed, so I know it there would be improvement?
My truck, 04 150F, 5.4 has a Norfolk 6/03 build date?

Reflashes generally aren't done unless you've got a problem. Since yours is a relatively early build truck, the only update I can think of off the top of my head at the moment is one for lazy throttle response.

My April '04 Lariat doesn't have any available updated calibrations at the moment. I think sometime around the Jan. 04 builds, the latest calibrations were used, but don't quote me on that.
