Question 5.4 engine questions

I just purchased my 2004 Lariat Screw and was wondering what the differences were between the 5.4 liter I had in my 2000 and the 5.4 in the 04's besides 3 valves per cylinder. It doesn't have variable valve timing does it?

Actually is there a site that tells us about all the changes in the 5.4 from 1996 - present?

Yes, the 2004 5.4 does use Variable Valve Technology.

The circuit is fed via oil pressure.

I've always been a big fan of the technology from my experiences with Hondas (cars and motorcycles).

Thats how Honda manages to get 240 hp out of 2000 cc in the S2000.
