Tuning the suspension

I have an XLT 4x4 5.4L. Aside from lag of the line I am happy with the truck. I have one question. It seems that in between 50 and 60 mph if I hit a bump or an uneve patch of pavement that suspension can't get rid of it. At first I thought it was the vibe but after a few hundred miles and it not occuring everytime I am in that speed range, I figure it is the suspension needing fine tuning. Any ideas?
