AE wheels + Nitto's = ???
AE wheels + Nitto's = ???
I have a Super Cab 4x2 Lariat. I'm going to get the 2" Daystar lift. If I get the American Eagle 168 17 x 9 wheels will the Nitto Terra Grapplers in 295/70/17 fit on the wheel? Will I have any rubbing?
Thanks!
Brian

The perfect size Tire!!!!
I have a set sitting in my garage waiting for 17" wheels. For the 2-1/2" lift I think this size is perfect. The tire measures 33.19 X 12.13. I think it's a better fit than the 325/60-18. The 295 fits on a stock rim much better (within 1/2" of recommended rim width)
being able to stay within the wheel wells.
I purchased Ford's after market wheel that is advertised in the Ford pamplets. (similar to Lariatt, but painted with gray accent color) My experience with aftermarket wheels and the weather we have; I don't like the MAINTENANCE that come with after market wheels.

I just saw a 150 with 20's on 35" tires it looked so good. I wish I would have gone that route.
