Its done 2.5 Daystar with 33's No rubbing
Its done 2.5 Daystar with 33's No rubbing
I just finished it 2004 SCREW with Daystar 2.5, Weld Velocitys 18X8.5 with 6.3" backspacing, Nitto Grapplers 325X60X18 (33's)
Im no expert but I think the back spacing is the key to No Rubbing. That means no cutting or trimming.

I Was torn between 33's and 35's

tire size calculator
The miata tire calculator says the 325X60X18 is 33.4"
The Nitto tire site says 32.99"
I would say 33" is accurate
It is a great tool

You need to fix that link ASAP. That took me to the point where I could edit your gallery, including deleting those albums.
I almost forgot, that looks good!

I would reccommend the daystar
The Daystar kit works well in getting the front up while leaving you with a stock ride........felt exactly the same, just a bit higher.
I used a local alignment shop that specializes in lifted vehicles.
(250.00 labor charge with alignment) The allignment was out just a bit. You need to compress the springs which can pose a problem for some. I have heard guys on the web site doing it themself. I dont want to get my head knocked off by a spring, so I sent it to the pros. Plus when you have a nice truck I didnt want to chance messing something up.
Hope this helps, RN

Since I put them on I haven't had much chance to go off road but in day to day driving I haven't had any rubbing yet. I am very happy with them just wish I could have went bigger but not with my garage.
