Alarm Button?

i was reading in the manual that you can change the options on the alarm so it doesnt auto arm itself, and it said you have to hold some button for the alarm in. where is this button? ive never seen any sort of button that could be for the alarm.

Hmmm! Thats weird, mine doesnt auto arm.

But if I were to take a guess, are they talking about the button on the remote lock key fob? The red button with the horn on it??

Just a guess.

It is a button that should be mounted in your lower dash somewhere, it all depends on the installer. It is also known as the button to put the alarm in "valet" mode.
