electric fan kit

Do you people think the electric fan kit for the 04 F-150 will be worth it when it comes out from Troyer Performance?

It certainly might improve A/C performace at idle or when you come to a stop. That's the only benefit that I could think of.

It most definitely does more than that. It rids the engine from having to turn that big heavy fan. That frees up horses and yeilds better mpg!

i'd actually get the flex-a-lite fans, they push 700 more cfms.

Super Cab V8:

An electric fan kit replaces the belt driven mechanical fan on your engine. With the kit it claims to free up horse power that is lost from weight of the fan that the engine has to move.
