1. Welcome to the board!
2. ALL CAPS = YELLING
3. No yelling

Are you talking about the rain guards/smokers shields on the outside of the truck?

Welcome to the board. I like my vent visors and really havn't noticed anymore noise, but then again I usually have the radio up. You should be able to remove them easily if they really **** you off though.

Auto Ventshade here, too. Mine are the in channel kind...I didn't want tape on my new truck! No noise at all. I also have the stampede bug guard, had it for a couple of months and there was some noise from wind hitting my wipers. Loosened it to clean yesterday and tightened it back up real nice and no noise at all now!! I think it was a little loose before. Make sure everything is nice and tight to prevent noise.

My snap in vent visors created a lot of noticible wind noise also. After five months of the noise and hassle of having them fall off occasionally, I couldn't take it anymore and pulled them out. The difference in cab noise was immediate. I think the noise is due to the visor being in the window channel and separating the window seal.

I love the look and ease of use of the in channel design, but it needs a little more R&D to find a better method of securing them and reducing the noise they generate.

Mine seem ok...But I drive with the window up and A/C on most times...oh and I'm hearing impaired...Wind noise would really bother me ...I find my truck very tight and quiet...
