Aftermarket Rail options

Anyone know of any manufacturers of aftermarket rail system components?

I want them to look factory but I was just curious if they market is developing yet.

I'm looking that the inverter from ford but it really is nothing more than an external inverter in a carrying package that fits in the large bin.

Also my bins were empty that came with the Lariat. I have the DVD so I guess there is one large and one small bin, anyone know if it should have have inserts for sun glass holder, etc.?

I'm excited about the system and want to see what is out there.

Thanks....

Jim

rambunctious will probably be along soon to tell you about Johnson Controls. Basically, they have the trademark/patent/copyright/whatever on the rail system. Therefore, other aftermarket companies are not yet allowed to mess with it for fear of legal retribution.

Your bins should be empty ... void of inserts. You can purchase special bins, etc. from Ford, but they're quite expensive. Check out the following (click CARGO ACCESSORIES on the side menu):

the key is to order the packages (metro, freeway, etc)
individual bins are priced for service and are quite costly.

we are busy licensing companies to produce modules for the rail, in addition to our own modules. so good things coming. for example we are close to launching motorola GMRS walkabout radios that store and charge in a special bin for 05. this is just one example. more to come like satellite radio, MP3 dock, etc.
