Max Tire Size for F150 XLT REG Cab 4x4
Can any one help what is the max tire size I can put on a 2004 F150 XLT Reg Cab 4x4 with out a lift kit. Thinking about the Nitto Terra Grappler.. The tire size now is 235/75/17

that would be the same maximum size as supercabs and supercrews.

Others on the board have put 285/70/17's on there stock wheels with no lift and no rubbing issues. This is what I am going to do.

Yeah, a few people here are running 285/70-17 and 285/65-18's on stock 4x4's without problem. Both tires are approximately 33x11.50's.
