Help with Vin (BigMac)

I have the Vin of my new truck that I am waiting for delivery of. My question is where is it built? I have read in different places that the 11th position of the Vin is the designation of where its built. I have also been told that the letter "K" is for the Kansas City plant and that most SCrews are built there. The 11th character of my Vin is "F".

Where is it built if its "F"?

Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry, I couldn't resist. Here are the 3 plants

- F = Dearborn: Dearborn, Michigan
- K = Kansas City: Claycomo, Missouri
- N = Norfolk: Norfolk, Virgina

Welcome to the board!

It sounds like most of the SCrew production has moved to Dearborn.

Not sure how many they are still making in KC
