I ordered my shackels from www.stylinconcepts.com the part number for my 04 F-150 is: 6425BLT and the price delivered to my door was: $89.00.

Hope this helps. The install time was about an hour done in the driveway with a floor jack, jack stands and hand tools.

 

Correction: I forgot to include the shipping in the price of $89.95 plus shipping was a total of $112.00.

A Lightning bud told me that LFP carries a bunch of stuff for
F-150's.
I ordered a set from LFP 1-866-310-0750 for $83.25 plus shipping.
