Thanks for all of the reply's, I think I will go for it.....

I don't think they will let me refinance and have $5000 a month payments, but I'll squeeze them for as much as I can.

definately squeeze them for as much as you can get. you may also want to see if they will pay for car washes and/or detailings every so often. my work does that for VPs. One car wash per week, one detailing every few months. They cover all of their gas too. Good luck.

Just make sure you'll be the one using it and other a-holes at your job don't f' it up by being careless because they think it's a company vehicle.
