How to remove overhead rail component

I want to gain access to the factory installed front portion of the overhead rail system. This is the one that contains the overhead cabin lights. I want to mount my Delphi XM in one of the fold down modules and need to run my wires under the front module. Can easily remove the fold down module, but cannot figure how to gain access to the front one. Also how easy is it to remove the trim bezel around the center cosloe. The one that goes around the radio and AC on a Screw Lariat with center consloe. Thanks for your help

My last post on this thread should help: Headliner Removal (Scab)

The plastic from around the stereo HVAC is also held on with clips, but they are very tight. pull straight towards you starting at the bottom, don't break the thin verticle bits!

Good luck.
