Rear drop shackles?
Are you simply looking to "Level" the truck?
Is it a 4X4?
If so, all you need to do is get (4) U Bolts from Ford.
Part# 4L3Z-5705FA About $30.00 inc. tax from Ford.
Thes are the U-Bolts that are on the 04 4X2.
Once you remove the current U-Bolts you can take out the
2" steel riser between the spring and rear axle.
It took me about an hour to do.
Also, you shoud torque the bolts down to 80ft/lbs.
If you need pics or have any question, let me know.
I'm assuming from your short post that this is what you're looking to do.

I am also wanting to use a 2" lowering shackle on my 4x2, but if you do that doesn't it compress the shock 2 inches before any load is added?
