Looks like a Westin Bull Bar. Can be had as shown (chrome & skid plate) for just shy of $400. I think I like it better w/o the skid plate.... not sure though..

Looks like it blocks the factory tow hooks.

I am pretty sure you have to take the factory tow hooks off to mount that.

The "Bull Bar" pictured is a Westin. For installation on the '04 you have to remove the tow hooks. If you use some longer bolts and a homemade spacer you can keep them. I've got the chrome plated stainless steel on my FX4. Quite a few on the forum have this bar.The '04 Bull Bar model comes with the skid plate.

No problem. I am still trying to decide (going on 6 months now) which one I like better, yours, or YELLOWFX4SCREW...

Too bad his mod gives you really REALLY bad gas mileage
...did he ever find out what the hell was up with that?

That's right, you had better make sure your mileage doesn't drop to 12-13 mpg with that one on there.

I like the agressive look of mine over TUFF FORD's. I like the fact that I don't loose my tow hooks as well.

Tuff, yours looks great, though. I am not a chrome person, however.

My truck is pretty much a stock XLT from the dealer. I added the step bars, splash guards, rain guards and a bugshield, but the chrome is skraight from Ford. I agree about the chrome. I like the flat black look. If I could afford to Line-X my entire truck, I would.
