Air Conditioner Vents Broken

I have had my truck since just after Christmas. Already have had two of my AC vents break. On the first, the little connector between the two halves of the vent broke creating two seperate flaps. On the second, the pivot pin on one of the flaps broke. I hardly ever touch them, so this really made me wonder. Anyone else had this problem? Going in to the dealer soon to have them replaced.

Still love the truck, just a bit of early plastic fatigue

Lay off the steriods, Conan!

They could have been a bad mold from the supplier. You should be OK after the dealer replaces them.

I do have big hands (wink wink nudge nudge), but honestly could't figure out "what the deal"

The real funny part is that I had just left the dealer to show him the problem and get him to order the first one, when 10 minutes later, I went to adjust the vent a bit, and the second one broke. Maybe the plastic just can't handle the temps of a Houston parking lot.
