billet grille FX4

Has anyone installed a billet grille in an FX4. I am thinking of a black grille from carriage works.. What i need to know is do you have to cut anypart of the grille. It looks like the gray part comes off with a couple of screwws. Can anyone help?

I have the replacement CW billet. No cutting but you will have to drill 4 holes. Pretty easy install. The grey comes off the outer ring with compression clip deals. You peel the tape and release the clips. It's the hardest part but not complicated.

Not visible, they go across the bottom of the surround between the grill and the bumper. It's a good fitting grill.

I have the black CW replacement on my FX4 also. The holes that have to be drilled are in no way visible with the hood shut so no one would ever see them. And I'll second that it is a good fitting grill, and I think it looks great.

I also have the replacement grill from CW. Dont know if i would go black though, it would look like a huge hole in your front end.

Are there any billet grills that replace the 6 piece system and just use one whole piece?

I have the same grill, but I want the one piece billet.

Where did you get that Grille??? That's what I've been looking for and cannot find one... or maybe I've found it and just don't know it. Every thing I've found either goes over the original grille or just looks cheap, but I like yours!
