Eleven week (and counting) factory order

Eleven weeks and still waiting for my 5.5' bed, Lariet 4WD Scab although I'm told it was released from factory. What would be your prediction why it took so long to get delivered? Winning prediction earns a prize!

I wish I could help. I ordered my truck March 27. The dealer called two weeks ago today and said "your truck was built earlier this week, and is just waiting to ship." So, I am guessing at least 2-3 weeks on delivery. I hope yours comes soon.

I'm still waiting too.

Gord V, I too ordered a truck on March 27. I ordered an 04 E-150 wagon, I don't think it has even been built yet. Tough to wait.

Ranger, I couldn't wait any longer so I called about half an hour ago. The sales manager said the "d" number(whatever that is) has been removed from his system and he expects to see my truck next week.
This should be the longest long weekend of my life, but on the other hand I don't have to be sad when the weekend is over.
I can hardly wait to see my truck. I still haven't seen it's twin.

I ordered mine in January and it took about 11 weeks to get ( I was told 6 to 8 weeks) I have heard rumors that the captains chairs quite often go on back order and slow up the delevery process. I mentioned something to my dealer and got a couple hundred bucks off and they paid for the tag and title work. This was in addition to me getting my Lariat SuperCrew at $800 under delar invoice (which I was shown and I personally verified.) They are still making money, so discounts are possible and every one helps.

...it is so worth the wait though, even though it seems like FOREVER!

Uh oh, I'm getting that queesy feeling again. I ordered a 133"
xlt scab April 26. I've been bugging the dealer for a VIN and build
date but heard nothing so far. I'll be mighty upset if it takes 11 weeks to get mine! Happy Victoria day to all Canucks! Go Flames!

My truck was just unloaded from the trailer! I have to wait until Saturday to pick it up because I bought it out of town, but after waiting almost 9 weeks, I guess the extra couple of days won't kill me.

Order Dec./ received in April? Calgary Flames? Strike TWO!

I'd really like to see a picture of that tire/ wheel set-up. I'm trying to get a set of those in 18" but they are on factory backorder for at least size more weeks.

Those Rangers will be strong (in a few years, haha). Lots of young and upcoming stars from their Hartford team.
