I can't say for sure, but I believe the old 5.4 had a different intake on it. So, maybe not.
You might look around for a pic of the old 5.4 and see if it at least appears to be the same.

There are no parts to fit this on the redesigned 2004 5.4 3-valve F-150. After several years, a few people are finally getting the basic installation of this figured out for the last model non-supercharged 5.4.

tough call. Depends how close the 3V heads are to the 2V heads.

For sure you'd have to get a different intake manifold. To mount that "Roots type" supercharger you need a metal manifold designed to mate up to it - Look at the underside.

You would also need to change the Crank pully (double) and add some brakets for a tensioner for the extra belt.

And you would need some recalibration too obviously.

it's not meant for the 2004 F-150 3V engine. no need to get all excited. move along, this is not the blower you are looking for...

in this months StreetTrucks magazine, there is an article about installing a kenn belle supercharger for the 5.4 3valve F-150. after the modit gets 445 HP @3750rpm and 529Ft-LBs. of torque

not bad for a mod for $3,899

after reading the article again , I found that kenne bell only needs an extra belt from the alternator to the supercharger unit. it looks like an easy install.
