Does anyone know how to Remove the Rear Door Speaker Grills in a 2004 lariat screw? I want to replace the stock speakers with new ones. The front grills are easy, but the back ones I cant figure out.

I think i remember someone saying the whole door panel had to be taken off. Try doing a search on removing door panels and see if you can find it. I've seen some pics in galleries of people's installs and the whole panel was removed.

Daneo2 has step by step instuctions on how to remove the rear panels. It is really simple. You should be able to get both speakers installed in less than an hour.

Yeah its not too hard and really makes a difference. By the way, what type and brand of speakers did you go with?
