There is a Lightning running around Tucson, Arizona with a ladder and painting gear on the back.

There is a 02' Lightning on painters duty in Calgary too, I guess it's used for painting emergencies, when the job needs to be done right away.

The 04' F150 wants to get muddy, the only reason you should be upset about seeing one used for hauling off trees is if he was using it to ram the trees over first, before loading them. Now that would be a waste.

OHH my god...

What a travesty, OH my GOD! Someone working the hell out of a pickup truck! What will this world come to!

I think the original poster probably found like one of 10 truck owners in this whole world that still believes you buy a pickup truck for more than looking cool on your downtown commute to work and giving your arm workout with the washing and the waxing every weekend. Believe it or not, it probably use to be the norm for pickups to look like that after only a few short years, way back when people kept an ugly *** truck just for work, and had other vehicles to look good in, long before people like us started using them mainly as fashion statements. God bless that guy, whoever he is. He's part of a dying breed.

It looked like this guy was actually using the truck itself to push over trees!

I bought my truck to get nasty in and to look good in. Nasty first! Just like I hate seeing a lion slowly wasting away in a zoo, I hate to think of my truck as some kind of tame beast. Gotta let her run. Took her to the desert last weekend and climbed two pretty steep hills - I swear she had more power on the drive home.

DOnt get me wrong, I bought this truck for the 4x4, looks, oh yeah and without a doubt using the 4x4 but eharri3 you gotta remember these are the trucks our fathers had, there better and far more expensive. I wont be doing anything to damage this ride but last itme I checked, mud snow and hondas wash right off. If I wanted a beater I would have bought one. I want something that can take my commute to work on the road or through the woods. Then when the weekend comes it earns its keep, but you know come monday the chrome is shinny and the paint is sparkling. Dont let a clean truck fool you, thats just pride in your ride.
