From what I have been told it is not. I am waiting to take delivery of mine at the end of May and want to hook up my XM Delphi. Not sure how I will go about it.

the audiophile is NOT XM ready, nor is any Ford factory HU in the 2004 F150 at this time. There are several threads about this and several people have posted detailed instructions on how to install specific XM recievers.

I for one have follwed these instructions, which give excellent details down to which 3 wires you must splice into to make your new XM unit operate just like a factory unit. I've got the Terk Commander installed in the ashtray of my FX4 which I think most around here agree is the most "factory apperance" XM unit for the F150 right now.
