Splash Guard Question...

When ordering splash guards... Can somone please explain to me what they mean by "wheel lip" with or without ? Are they meaning the small plastic piece just outside the wheel well at the front ?

Some models have additional plasic moulding along the edge of the wheel well. The Lariat has this for sure but I don't know which other ones do.

Thanks. I just figured it out from looking at a Lariat posting on the site.. Duh.... It's been a long week what can I say..... :o
