Every time I pass a chevy I love the fact that they have to stare at my big blue oval!

 

You all know why Ford made it that big...ADVERTISING. I kind of like it myself. You sure can tell an '04 a mile away from the front or rear with those things!!

 

I never had a problem with it. I think it should be bigger.

 

I think its the right size fot the size of the tailgate.

 

I love the location......I think other companies will follow Ford on this one also.

 

I love the location and size of the Blue Oval, the only thing that bugs me is the F-150 on the left side. It makes everything out of balance. Maybe it only bugs me because I'm a graphic design, and these sort of retarded things pop out to me. Seems like either a different sort of badge on the opposite side, no F-150 badge like that at all (maybe integrate it with the Blue Oval badge) or put it direclty below the BO.

Can't remove it without some bodywork... oh well.

 

I don't use my bed much so I just took off my tailgate. Solves the problem of the blue oval...

 

Remember back in the day when automakers would stamp the name of their company in the sheetmetal across the whole gate?

....Not so big anymore is it?
