S'Crew Inside Door Handle-No Open!

I know there is a TSB on the inside door handle not opening the door, but has anyone had this fixed and what did they have to do?

Not to sound stupid; but front or rear door?
If the rear door, try the child safety lock

Rear driver's side, and checked childproofing first. Had it at dealer today and they adjusted it, but by the end of the day the problem was back.

I had that problem on the rear passenger-side door. The door **** would not go all the way up. I had to lock then unlock it a few times and then it would work. I got tired of messing with the thing so I took it to the dealer to get it fixed, but of course it wouldn't do it at the shop. I told them it didn't do it everytime. They weren't going to fix it. I told them there was a TSB for it and I wanted it fixed. The replaced the whole lock assembly for free. Mine took longer than 2 hrs. to fix but I also got free carwash.

Mine has done this a few times too. I'm taking mine in for service on Tuesday. This will be on the list too.
