Volant Ramair has been released.
Volant has finally added the part number to their website. The part number for the 5.4 3v intake is 19754, the part number for the added tube is 39854. The tube routes down to the air dam to let air be forced in as you drive. I am trying to get a price for this setup as I type. The cheapest place I can find is three hours behind me, so I will have to wait a while. I just installed Retrax last night, so I will have to wait a little while before purchase.

I went to the website, and I am kinda skeptical of the info they offered about the intake kit:

I looks good to me, I think i will buy it later on, let somebody test it and give me their opinion on it. Also looks better that Airaid.

Guys,
I'd be very cautious adding this ram air scoop to the existing Volant air intake #19754 kit. A few 04 truck owners, including myself, have had problems with the check engine light coming on after installing the Volant intake. This is generally believed to be caused by a lean A/F mixture.
I installed my Volant w/ box back in February with about 2000 miles on my odometer. Everything was fine, and I really liked the sound and feel of the Volant esp matched with my Magnaflow SI/SO catback system. Yesterday, my check engine light reared its ugly head. I have about 5800 miles on odometer now. I did take my truck to AutoZone to get the codes read, however, their OBD reader was unable to communicate with the 04 f 150's computer (I've heard this from others as well) I think their OBD reader's brand name was 'Actron'. Anyway, I unhooked my battery and went through steps to retrain my PCM as I had done when I first installed the Volant. The engine light went off and has stayed off for now. I even took my truck out for some hard driving with lots of WOT runs this evening without a problem.
My point is that if the Volant is already causing a potential lean condition (at least part of the time) the LAST thing I would want to do is add a ram scoop to force even more air to the engine. My understanding is that the MAS on our 2004's is specifically calibrated for the stock intake tube and with some aftermarket intakes, the MAS can't compensate enough for the increase in air flow.
Now if that problem could be resolved.....I'd be the first in line for Volant's air scoop. It looks like it would fit perfect there behind the grill and would be pretty cool.
Just my 2 cents.
