Can the audiophile system be installed.....

...from the dealership. I am wondering if this can be done at ford. Id rather do that than go aftermarket and look for an amp and stuff. what do you think. Does anyone know what it would cost?

Audiophile is a $500.00 option from the factory. It may cost $2000.00 parts and labor to do it at a dealer if you can find one to do it.

I suppose anything is possible. However, I had to order my truck just because of the audiophile options. The dealership had exactly what I wanted, except for the audiophile. My salesman checked with several people at the dealership and even called Ford about it. While it is technically possiable they advised that I just order a truck with the audiophile. Reason being is the head unit has to be changed, wiring harness, speakers, and the sub under the rear seat. If by chance you can get your dealership to do it, I would expect it to cost A LOT! IMO, you'd be better off at this stage of the game going aftermarket.
